Shipping policy

ANONYMITY 
Your anonymity is important and respected. To protect the anonymity of all our members and customers, all orders will be shipped in packaging which has no reference on the outside to Alcoholics Anonymous or your AA Group. 

AUSTRALIA POST 
Standard Australia Post will endeavour to have your order delivered to you within the next 5-10 working days in Metropolitan areas and within 7-15 working days for Regional areas. 
The delivery cost will be displayed in the checkout process once you have selected your delivery address. 

LOCAL PICK UP 
Please wait for an email (or phone call) from our friendly Service Providers, confirming that your order is ready for collection before coming into the office.
